The products do not intentionally contain substances listed under California Proposition 65, are melamine-free and free from foreign debris, and are not derived from, nor do they come into contact with, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), animal-derived materials, or materials associated with Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) or Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy (TSE). Additionally, phthalates are not intentionally added during manufacturing, and the products do not contain Bisphenol A (BPA), nor is BPA intentionally used in their manufacture or formulation. Dioxins are not intentionally added during manufacturing. These products meet the requirement of less than 100 ppm total incidental concentration for cadmium, lead, chromium, and mercury and are recyclable in accordance with applicable packaging and packaging waste recycling standards.
