The Mini Head Broccoli IQF is a product prepared from fresh, clean, firm and mature bushes of broccoli. This product is inspected, trimmed, peeled, washed, diced, blanched, and individually quick frozen in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. This product does not contain preservatives and additives.
The broccoli is not derived from genetically engineered materials, is derived entirely from materials developed according to conventional plant breeding methods. The product listed above does not contain any other ingredients additives, or processing aids. In addition, we certifies that care was taken to avoid GMO/GEO contamination in all operations including planting, harvest, storage and transportation.
