This communication will serve to certify that Hardwood Products Company, LLC white birch food products produced at our facility from full-length locally harvested logs. Our packaging material suppliers do not use allergens in their manufacturing processes. The following materials are considered allergenic by Hardwood Products Company, LLC and shall not be used in the process or packaging materials: Wheat (e.g. wheat starch) Soybeans Sulfites* (if more than 10 ppm) Celery Crustacean Egg Fish Milk Mollusks Peanuts Seeds: cottonseed, poppy seed, sesame seed, sunflower seed Tree nuts: almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, chestnuts, hazelnuts, hickory nuts, macadamia, pine nuts, pistachio, pecans, and walnuts.
