Allergen & Sensitivity Policy We certify that all individual components and additives of materials utilized in the manufacturing of products supplied to our customers for the manufacturing of packaging components are not known to contain the following allergens: Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy beans, Eggs, Milk, Wheat, Fish, Crustaceans, Mollusks, Meat & Meat Derivatives, Hydrolyzed Animal Protein, Celery, Mustard, Sesame Seeds, Lupines, Sulfur Dioxide, Sulfites, MSG, Food Preservatives and Food Dyes. Further, we do not use any materials in the manufacture of our products that contain gluten, or any ingredients derived from gluten. We hereby confirm that our manufactured products meet the cited requirements, as defined by FDA in their proposed rule (published in the Federal Register, 72 FR 2795 January of 2007) in regards to Gluten-free labeling claims. This certification is provided using information obtained from our suppliers about our raw materials. It is true and accurate to the best of our knowledge. We certify that all personnel are trained in regards to allergens and have an understanding of necessary measures and the reasons for them. SeaTac Packaging has included allergen awareness as part of our Code of Safe Practices and GMPs. All employees have been trained to understand the consequences of allergen exposure to consumers. This training for allergen awareness is conducted in all new staff training and is reviewed with existing staff on an annual basis.
