Defrost dough in the refrigerator. Spread dough out slightly using roller. Place 1-2 tbsp. of filling in center of dough. Brush edges with egg wash. Turn dough over to form half circle: seal edges by crimping or press with fork; transfer to greased baking sheet and brush with egg wash if desired. Fry at 350oF for 5 mins until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165oF. Alternatively: air-fry at 375oF for 7-8 mins
Wheat flour, water, shortening (soybean oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil, BHT, potassium sorbate, citric acid), salt, wheat gluten, preservatives (calcium propionate and sorbic acid), mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid and L-cysteine. Contains wheat.
