Defrost dough in the refrigerator. Spread dough out slightly using roller. Place 1-2 tbsp. of filling in center of dough. Brush edges with egg wash. Turn dough over to form half circle; seal edges by crimping or press with fork; transfer to greased baking sheet and brush with egg wash if desired. Bake in 375°F oven until golden brown, 18-20 mins and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Wheat flour, water, shortening (soybean oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil, BHT, potassium sorbate, citric acid), salt, wheat gluten, preservatives (calcium propionate and sorbic acid), mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid and L-cysteine. Contains wheat.
