ADM AccelFlex™ TS PC70 is a textured blend of ProFam® Pea 580 and NutriStem™ Chickpea Powder. This product has a fibrous structure that approaches the texture of meat. AccelFlex™ TS PC70 has a multitude of applications such as beef patties, pizza toppings, frozen foods, and packaged soups and is available vitamin and mineral fortified. This is a raw product that requires further processing with a micro kill step.
