All-O-Wheat Select Whole Wheat Flour 20 kg (10041)
Produced by grinding and bolting both the endosperm and bran coat of the top milling grades of hard red spring wheat to meet the requirements of the Food and Drug Regulations. The special treatment of this flour produces high volume baked goods.
This product is best suited for whole wheat bread, muffins, English muffins, croissants, pitas, 60% whole wheat bread and various types of multi-grain baked goods.
