In addition to The Good Manufacturing Practices in place at our processing facility, we maintain a HACCP program which includes training as it relates to specific food allergens in our facility. Color coding is also in place to prevent cross contamination. T.M. Duche Nut Co., Inc. complies with FDA, regulation in specific food allergies. T.M. Duche also, complies with regulations by specific to the countries we supply product. United Stated, Mexico, Spain, Morocco, Dubai, India, Italy, France, Netherlands, France, Israel, Germany, United Kingdom. Walnuts (Tree Nut) are processed in same manufacturing plant, in dedicated building, and dedicated equipment. There is no other Tree Nuts processed in the same equipment where or building where walnuts are processed. Almond, Cashews, (Tree Nuts) are processed in the same manufacturing plant in their own building and own equipment. Almond equipment, Walnut equipment, and Cashew equipment does not share equipment or building to pack bulk. Milk seasoning, Soy seasoning, Sesame seeds, Poppy seeds, Macadamia Nuts, Brazil Nuts, Hazel Nuts, are stored occasionally in our warehouses. There is no Fish, Crustacean, Egg, Mollusks, Peanuts, Lupin, Celery, Mustard Sulphur dioxide, Sulphites in our facility.
