Apple Puree 32bx Blend (100027)

Apple Puree Concentrate is prepared from clean, sound, fresh or chilled apples (Malus domestica). The apples are washed, culled, milled, preheated, depectinized, pureed with appropriate screen to remove seeds, concentrated under vacuum, chilled, and packaged frozen. Ascorbic acid can be used in the processing to prevent enzymatic browning of the product.
