Ardent Mills Velvet Hi Ratio Cake Flour (11156)

A bleached top patent flour milled from the top milling grades of soft white wheat which is enriched to meet government regulations. It is treated with chlorine and benzoyl peroxide as bleaching and maturing agents. The low protein, fine granulation and chlorine treatment make this flour best suited for the production of hi ratio cakes.
