Aseptic Pineapple Juice Concentrate - Drum (07902)

60.6°Brix Pineapple Juice Concentrate is prepared from pineapple juice which is extracted from the flesh of sound mature properly ripened pineapple fruits. The pineapple juice contains finely divided insoluble solids (pulp). The juice does not contain pieces of shell or seeds. It is centrifuged to the required pulp level, evaporated to the desired concentration, and then aseptically packed in accordance with the definitions of Good Manufacturing Practices (with no additives added).
