Aseptic Water White Fruit Syrup - Drum (07718)

72°Brix Water White Pineapple Syrup is prepared from the extract obtained from the shell and outer portions of sound mature properly ripened pineapple of the cayenne variety. The extracted juice is prepared with a unique proprietary process that standardizes and removes browning precursors and then is evaporated to the desired concentration. The product is aseptically packed in accordance with the definitions of Good Manufacturing Practices with no additives added.
