Avamulse™ 80K (Polysorbate 80) is a mixture of partial esters of fatty acids, mainly oleic acid, with sorbitol and its anhydrides ethoxylated with approximately 20 moles of ethylene oxide for each mole of sorbitol and sorbitol anhydrides.This product is a food grade, water soluble emulsifier that meets the requirements of 21 CFR 573.860, 172.840, 172.515 and 178.3400. Avamulse™ 80Kismanufacturedin conformity with current Good Manufacturing Practicesand iscertified Kosher Pareve.
