B&J GOLDEN LEMON FILLING (2518)
Golden Lemon Filling is flavored with a high quality lemon puree that lends substance to the clean, natural flavor of this filling. Its unique consistency of remaining soft and short after baking makes it ideal for use in donuts, danish, cakes, and wherever else a quality lemon filling is needed.
Water, sugar, dextrose, food starch – modified, palm oil, contains 2% or less of each of the following: lemon puree, citric acid, sodium citrate, salt, sorbic acid as preservative, agar, lemon oil, FD&C Yellow No. 5 and FD&C Yellow No. 6.
