Based on our review of all of the SDS and supplier information for the substances utilized in the manufacturing process of the above-mentioned product, below is the documentation to assure compliance with the applicable requirements for this product manufactured in Peoria Il. Allergens: We have reviewed the components of the product supplied to you for allergenic materials derived from the eight food groups (milk, eggs, fish, crustacean, wheat, soybean, tree nuts and peanuts) known to be responsible for many of the human allergic reactions to food. We have identified no additives used in this product which contain materials derived from these food groups. To the best of our knowledge, we believe this product to be free of allergens and have all applicable documentation from our suppliers on file and current. We further state that no synthetic fungicides, preservatives, or fumigants are used when manufacturing your products and we are in compliance with 21 CFR 174.6.
