Comply with amendments to 94/62/EC (Amendment number EU/2015/720, 2004/12/EC, 2005/20/EC, 219/2009).This product meets the requirement of less than 100 ppm for total incidental Cadmium, Lead, Chromium, and Mercury. Comply with the requirement of Regulation EU/10/2011 for plastics intended to come to contact with foodstuff (Amendments applicable are 2020/1245, 2019/1338, 2019/37, 2018/831, 2018/213, 2018/79, 2017/752, 2016/1416, 2015/174, 202/2014, 1183/2012, 1282/2011, 321/2011) Our products fulfill the Overall Migration Limit as mentioned EC Directives 10 / 2011.Result of the migration tests into relevant food simulants. This is to state that some of the additive used in our product having specific migration limit (SML) according to the EC 10/2011 (Annex 1). CAS No & SML of additives are 119345-01-6 (18 mg/kg), 27676-62-6 (5 mg/kg) and 2082-79-3 (6 mg/kg) This is to state that one of the dual use additive used is some grades of polymer of our product. The CAS number is 1592-23-0, which has food additive number as E470a in EC 1333/2008. Printing Ink substance also comply the guidelines of EUPIA. All the products are free from TSE (Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy) / BSE (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy), GMO (Genetically modified Organisms), Gluten, Nanomaterials, Phthalates, Bisphenol-A. We also declare that we do not use Mycotoxin & Pesticide in the process. This declaration is valid for the product delivered by us as specified above. The product meets with the stipulations of these Directives regarding the packing of food products to be packed. The user shall verify himself that the product is suitable for the intended food to be packed beyond the stipulation of the directives.
