Bak-Krisp is a trans fat free, concentrated, semi-plastic, no time base for production of Italian, French breads and rolls. Produces a crispy crust, delightful flavor, excellent volume and extended shelf life. Alternately used for Kaiser or hard rolls.
Salt, Soybean Oil, Dextrose, Sugar, Mono- And Diglycerides, Corn Starch, Defatted Soy Flour, Contains Less Than 2% Of Potassium Bromate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), L-Cysteine Hydrochloride, Enzymes (Contains Wheat).
