Soft Lemon Crème has a pronounced lemon flavor and smooth consistency that
is perfect for a variety of bakery applications. With its easy-to-use spreading qualities, Soft Lemon
Crème is the preferred filling to go between the layers of cake wherever you need lemon. Lemon Crème is also ideal for pies, donuts, danish, and tart shells.
Water, high fructose corn syrup, modified food starch, sugar,
palm oil, natural flavor, lemon juice powder (maltodextrin, lemon juice concentrate, lemon oil,
tocopherols), salt, citric acid, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), artificial color (titanium dioxide, FD&C Yellow No. 5.).
