Baking Powder Double Acting #4 (BP4)
Thymly’s Baking Powder is a specially designed chemical leavened system made from food grade products. Our Baking Powder appears as colorless white crystalline powder that is odorless with an acidic taste. Typical usage is 1 to 5% based on the flour weight. A kill step is required before consuming.
