Banana Puree, is produced with fresh bananas of varieties developed in Ecuador (Cavendish), the bananas are selected and ripened; the process includes cleaning of the fruit, peeled, crushed, deseeded, acidified, homogenized and thermal process, cooled, aseptic filled and packed.
