Transcontinental H.S. Crocker, Inc., being aware of the seven principles of a HACCP food safety program, declares that: - Transcontinental H.S. Crocker, Inc.. does not use any known allergens in the manufacture of lid stock. - Transcontinental H.S. Crocker, Inc. has been very careful to ensure that no citrus-type of cleaners or any oils, i.e. peanut oil derivatives that are known allergens, are used anywhere in our manufacturing facility. Wheat products (including Gluten) are not used in any of our processes. - Transcontinental H.S. Crocker, Inc. will not intentionally allow any known allergens to come into contact with our products at any time in our manufacturing process. Our suppliers of lid stock have supplied us with letters stating which CFR code their material complies with for direct food contact materials. All of our raw materials are in compliance with the appropriate CFR 21 code.
