Valley Processing, Inc.'s Blueberry Puree is made from 100% blueberries that are crushed, seeded or sieved and pasteurized as a single strength puree. the puree may treated with a GRAS enzyme Pectinase up to 0.05% after being preheated and prior to pasteurization. the processing aid is not considered present in the final puree because the enzymes are deactivated by the heat in pasteurization. all processing aids are NOP approved so they are Non GMO, non Irradiation, Non Sewage and sludge. no sugars or flavors have been added
