Blueberry Puree SS Seedless (Drum(48gal) 10602 ; Pail(4gal, 28 LB Fill))
Valley Processing, Inc.’s. BLUEBERRY PRUEE is made from 100% blueberries that are crushed, seeded or sieved and pasteurized as a single strength puree. The puree may treated with a GRAS enzyme (pectinase) up to 0.05% after being preheated and prior to pasteurization. The processing aid is not considered present in the final puree because any enzyme is deactivated by the heat of pasteurization. All processing aids are NOP-approved so they are non-GMO, not exposed to any irradiation and not exposed to sewage sludge. No sugars or flavors have been added.
