Its has a smooth, spreadable texture with a typical ewe‘s milk flavour. It is a cheese to share with the entire family! Maturing period: min. 2 weeks.
Soft pure ewe’s milk cheese with a white and red mould rind from the Lyon region. Thanks to the square shape this cheese is easy to cut. Aromatic flavour. Delivered with 20 repack labels.
