A Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin (E141 (ii)) derived from Festuca Arundinacea and/or Medicago Sativa, extracted using
Methylene Chloride and further processed using ethanol, methanol and hexane. Standardised to colour specification
using potato maltodextrin. Potato maltodextrin <25% of total product content.
Dark green, free-flowing powder, free from malodors, physical, microbiological, chemical and allergenic
contamination. BRCGS, Halal & Kosher certified.
