Broccoli Powder is a gray-green to brown powder from the aerial parts of the vegetable, Brassica oleracea. Our Broccoli Powder has undergone our Protexx HP Green Steam sterilization process. ProtexxHP Green Steam Sterilization is our unique, organic steam sterilization system with a validated kill step. It uses more than 40 settings, which control heat, moisture, time, and pressure parameters, tailored for each individual species. This provides the maximum reduction in potential contaminants while preserving the bioactive components in our Broccoli. It is GRAS certified and available as organic. It is also available as a granular powder.
