Due to wheat and barley farm crop rotation there is no guarantee that gluten contamination from cross crop contact can be eliminated. The gluten testing together with allergen management controls are designed to mitigate the risk. Gluten testing is conducted on a per batch basis and is a snapshot result of the sample taken.
