Burrata (di Bufala Burrata)
An outer layer of mozzarella is stretched into a pocket and filled with stracciatella (cream and mozzarella) then finished off with a hand tied knot. Our burrata is mixed milk, water bufala and cows cream, which gives it its rich, creamy consistency. Serve it over pasta, on pizza, layered on crusty bread, or sliced on caprese salad.
Pasteurized water bufala milk, cows milk, lactic acid, natural ferments, salt and vegetarian rennet.
