Cabrita (FF012)

We created Cabrita in the style of a French Crottin de Chavignol in order to honor our handmade, artisan roots. Cabrita is made using our fresh Chevre, additional salt, and Geotrichum Candidum mold. It is aged for at least 14 days, and through daily care and careful manipulation of the aging room Cabrita is able to develop its signature wrinkled rind. Cabrita was first made popular at various farmers markets in Maryland and DC, and is a FireFly fan-favorite.
