The Ricotta line is Kosher Certified by KVH Kosher. Calabro holds HACCP certification from the FDA and USDA. Calabro is a family of cheese makers that is committed to the highest production standards, resulting in the highest quality cheeses.

Stracciatella, the center of burrata, derives from the word Strattore” (to stretch); made exclusively from the freshest, richest, highest quality of milk from VT. Stracciatella is a blend of hand pulled Fresh Mozzarella strands and cultured cream. It has a unique rich buttery flavor.
