The Ricotta line is Kosher Certified by KVH Kosher. Calabro holds HACCP certification from the FDA and USDA. Calabro is a family of cheese makers that is committed to the highest production standards, resulting in the highest quality cheeses.

Calabro Burrata is an individually handmade cheese made from Fresh Mozzarella on the outside while the inside is filled with Stracciatella, a blend of hand pulled Fresh Mozzarella strands and fresh cultured cream. It has a rich buttery flavor with a creamy texture.

Stracciatella, the center of burrata, derives from the word Strattore” (to stretch); made exclusively from the freshest, richest, highest quality of milk from VT. Stracciatella is a blend of hand pulled Fresh Mozzarella strands and cultured cream. It has a unique rich buttery flavor. Manufactured exclusively answering our chef’s requests and culinary trend; it is widely used for pizza, soups, gelato, white chocolate truffles and much more.
