Further regarding "sulfiting agents", a potential food allergen defined by the U.S. FDA to include sulfur dioxide, sodium sulfite, sodium bisulfite, potassium bisulfite, sodium metabisulfite, and potassium metabisulfite, representative samples of these products have been analyzed and the results were non-detectable at “<10 ppm”.
