Caramel Liquid SRC3300 - 25kg (346502)
Caramel Liquid SRC3300 is a colour additive caramel (Class III), obtained by carefully controlled heat treatment of food-grade carbohydrates. Certain food-grade acids, alkalis and salts may be employed to assist caramelisation. It is dark brown liquid with characteristic bitter, slightly bitter taste. Raw material is glucose syrup made from conventional maize.
