Aubygel XN RPI 1030 (TBD - Not Commercialized)
This product is a blend of food additives and/or food ingredients used as a texturant. It is particularly suited to improve texture and overall appearance of cooked cured meat products. Incorporated during injection and/or tumbling at a concentration between 0.20 to 0.50% of the final product, it helps to reduce cook out losses and improves binding and slicing parameters.
