Champignon Mushrooms (also called “white button” mushrooms) are the mushrooms most commonly eaten by U.S. consumers, as their mild flavor and firm, meaty texture have broad appeal. We harvest, clean, dry and then cut our Organic Kibbled Champignon Mushrooms into convenient, roughly 1/8-inch pieces.
