CHARM® ACTIV is a complex nutrient that provides all the elements needed by yeasts to optimize their multiplication and remain completely viable during the production of yeast starters and second fermentations using the Charmat method (closed tank).
Provides thiamine, inorganic nitrogen in the form of diammonium phosphate, and organic nitrogen, vitamins, trace elements, and survival factors in the form of inactivated yeasts.
Improves the multiplication and viability of yeasts during second fermentation using the Charmat method (closed tank).
Allows for smooth and complete fermentation by releasing the nitrogen required by yeasts throughout second fermentation in the Charmat (closed tank) method.
