1. The products covered by this statement were produced by Open Country Dairy Limited, 8 Business Parade South, East Tamaki, Auckland, NEW ZEALAND.
2. The species of animal from which the dairy components were obtained is Bovine.
3. Ingredient declaration based on typical values equating to 100%:
• Pasteurised Fresh Cow’s Milk 99.536%(NZ origin)
• Salt 0.460% (New Zealand origin)
• Cultures 0.002% (USA or Denmark origin)
• Rennet 0.002%. (USA or Denmark Origin)
4. The products are packed in 20kg cardboard wrap around cartons as the secondary layer and 100um polyethylene bags as the primary (product contact) layer.
5. The dairy products were pasteurised at 72oC Celsius for 15 seconds minimum.
6. The dairy products come from animals and farms that are not subject to State or Federal quarantine measures resulting from diseases transmissible through pasteurised milk or milk products.
7. The dairy products are HALAL certified.
8. The products do not contain egg or egg derived ingredients.
