Reduced Fat/Sodium Yellow American Cheese Slices have a mild, buttery American flavor. There are 160 horizontal slices in each 5 lb. pack with 4 packs per case. Perfect for use in burgers, sandwiches, and wraps. This product is 30% reduced fat and 30% reduced sodium compared to regular Process American cheese. This product complies with the Standard of Identity for Pasteurized Process Cheese (21 CFR 133.169).
