Chicken Fat (71)

Chicken fat is derived from the tissues of chicken in the commercial process of rendering or extracting. It consists of the ground, rendered, clean parts of the carcass of slaughtered chicken, such as necks, including heads, feet, and viscera. Feathers and blood are excluded. Chicken fat can be treated with a natural, synthetic or no antioxidant.
