Like Panetonne Classico, Chocolate Chip Panettoni are made through a long process that involves a proofing process that alone takes several days using only natural yeast, giving the cake its distinctive fluffy characteristics. This mini panettone makes a wonderful sweet treat to enjoy by yourself, with someone dear, or as a gift to a loved one.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, chocolate chips 14% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavors. Cocoa min. 44%), butter (milk), natural yeast (yeast, wheat flour), fresh egg yolks, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, salt, milk, proteins, flavors, skimmed milk powder.
