The product consists of Red Jalapeno pods (Capsicum annum L.), which are harvested in
the ripe stage of development, washed, dried by smoking and ground. Ethoxyquin is added as an anti-oxidant at 100ppm
maximum. Silicon dioxide is added as an anti-caking agent at 2.0% maximum.
