Queso Fresco [pasteurized cow's milk, cultures, vegetable rennet (rhizomucor miehei), salt], fresh jalapeno chiles, crème fraiche [pasteurized cream (milk), pasteurized cow's milk, and cultures], guajillo and ancho chiles, fresh cilantro, hot sauce [distilled vinegar (vinegar and water), red cayenne pepper, salt,guar gum, xanthan gum, ascorbic acid (to preserve freshness)], and salt.
