An all natural product made from citrus fiber by physical processing and blended with guar gum.
This letter is to confirm that all of Fiberstar’s Citri-fi® 200 products (i.e. CF200 and CF200FG) contain less than 20% Guar Gum (by weight), which is co-processed with citrus fiber to form the resultant Citri-fi 200 series products. Citrus fiber is defined by the following: juice cells, peel, rag or segment membranes, and cores of citrus fruits. No other ingredients, additives, or processing aids are used in the production of these products and the different types, i.e. 200 and 200FG, vary only in terms of their particle size.
