The raw materials for Sunshine Citric Acid are natural cassava and distilled water, the material and finished product itself,do not contain and are not derived from any of the major reported common allergens; including gluten,milk,eggs,tree nuts,peanut,sulfite,fish,shellfish and soya.They also do not contain,and are not derived from,any of the reported minor allergens,such as celery,mustard,sesame seeds,para 1 red food dye, sudan red food dye,paprika,chilli powder,turmeric,cayenne and palm oil.As Citric Acid is produced in a dedicated facility;the possibility of cross-contamination with any of these allergens from other products is also eliminated. Additionally,no significant amounts of protein are present in the final product.Therefore,we are able to assure that all grades of Sunshine are free of all generally recognized allergens with the single exception of cassava. As such,Sunshine does not fall within the scope of Directive 2000/13/EC which require the mandatory identification via product labeling of a number of specified allergens and their derivatives.H
