Citric Acid, Anhydrous is produced by submerged fermentation of glucose sources obtained from sugar from sugar cane with a selected strain of Aspergillus niger. Its appearance is as translucent crystals, or white crystals powder. This product is manufactured with non-allergens ingredients, non- genetically modified organism and non-organic volatiles solvents or substances.
