CLEAR EG is a powdered egg blend designed for the replacement of whole eggs in bakery products. It does contain Soy, Egg and Wheat, are the only known allergens.
It does contain Soy Lecthin. Producers are unable to guaranty with 100% certainty the GMO status of these products due to field cross- pollination and unknowingly co-mingling of products at the mill. As such these Products may contain GMO.
1) Wheat Flour; Made in the U.S.A., 2) soybean oil; Made in the U.S.A., 3) cellulose gum; Made in Finland, 4) whole egg solids; Made in the U.S.A., 5) soy lecithin; Made in the U.S.A., 6) sodium bicarbonate; Made in the U.S.A. 7) Salt; Made in the U.S.A., 8) Enzyme; Made in European Union.
