CORN GLUTEN MEAL, 60% (Corn Gluten Meal)
A refined, granular product derived from corn during the wet milling process.
Alto certifies that our yeast and wet mill essential ingredients do not contain peanuts, tree nuts, eggs or egg derivatives, dairy or dairy derivatives, soy or soy derivatives, gluten/gliadin from wheat, rye, oats or barley, FD&C/Synthetic colors, sesame/poppy/caraway seeds, shellfish/fish, crustacea, cottonseed products, or monosodium glutamate. Due to the nature of the wet milling process, sulfites and corn protein may be present in final products.
