Corn Starch (Native Corn Starch)

Native Corn Starch is produced by the corn wet milling process. Granular native starch when heated in an aqueous environment gelatinizes to produce a viscous colloidal solution with high binding power used as a thickening agent in the food industry and is an excellent source of bioadhesives as well.
