CRANBERRIES, ORGANIC (OF05)
Found primarily in North America, Cranberries have been used for centuries, both as food and medicine. They were incorporated by both Native Americans and early settlers in their diets to prevent stomach problems, scurvy and bladder disease. Cranberries boast high levels of antioxidants and vitamin C, as well as immune-boosting properties.
Cranberries belong to an evergreen dwarf shrub family. Mostly growing in acidic bogs throughout cooler regions, they are harvested in the fall. They are typically made into juice or sauce or dried to create a snack-ready fruit that can also be incorporated into salads, stuffing or grain dishes.
Organic Cranberries, Organic Sugar, Organic Sunflower Oil.
