CT-7020-WS-AP is a dark green water soluble liquid. Produced by blending curcumin extracted from turmeric root (CurcumalongaL.) and chlorophyll extracted from lucerne, grass or nettle. The chlorophyll is converted to Cu-chlorophyllin and the extracts are dispersed in propylene glycol and polysorbate 80. The major coloring principles are curcumin and Cu-chlorophyllin

Propylene glycol: 55 % Polysorbate 80: 36 % Legislation The color is in full compliance with EU Food Regulation 178/2002/EC with later amendments, EU Food Additives Regulation1333/2008/EC with later amendments and with EU Regulation 231/2012/EC with later amendments for E 141(ii) andE100.
